1.1. The qrr.app application (available at https://qrr.app) is a free tool that enables temporary sharing of files, texts, and links between devices, without the need to log in or create an account.
1.2. The application operates through a web browser and uses durable objects variables and websockets for real-time communication. Data is not permanently stored on the operator's servers.

2.1. Using qrr.app is completely free.
2.2. The application is provided in the state in which it was made available ("as is").
2.3. The application operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, correct, or secure operation.
2.4. The application's functionality may change or be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.

3.1. The qrr.app operator provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or reliability of the application.
3.2. The operator shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or lost data resulting from the use of the application, including files, links, texts, and other data transmitted through it.
3.3. Use of the application is solely at the user's own risk.

4.1. The qrr.app application does not require account creation or providing personal data.
4.2. Due to the nature of its operation, transmitted data is not stored by the operator. Its lifespan is limited to the duration of the websocket connection.
4.3. The operator does not monitor, collect, or analyze transmitted data.

5.1. The operator reserves the right to make changes to the terms of service at any time.
5.2. Using the application after changes to the terms of service constitutes acceptance of the new version.
